Amazing customer service, super fast delivery and a really well-made product. Oh and assembly took less than 5 minutes and the storage space is huge! This is the perfect size to put at the end of our king size, lifted bed. It looks super luxe for really an affordable price point. I would absolutely recommend this purchase.To support my daughter when getting dressed.The bench came with instructions very easy to put together. It is a good piece of furniture large storage department and comfortable. Very satisfied.Love this bench. I needed a place to sit to put on shoes as I have RA & Lupus. It’s perfect height. I also needed a place for all my t shirts and everything is perfection. I love this bench and I’m so glad I went with this company. They are awesomEasy to assemble, very comfortable, seems to be be sturdy, and very pretty. Color is a bit more yellow/creamy than the pictures suggest, but overall very nice.Arrived with damage to both sidearms. Surface damage on both arms (photos attached) and one arm did not have the thread to receive one of the legs. The seller requested photos of the damage. Only then did the seller inform me that they were out of this color and it would be over a month until they received more examples in the warehouse. Very frustrating as this three-legged square bench takes a meaningful amount of space in my house. I look forward to changing this review when all parts arrive without defects.UPDATE: The seller sent another product. While this one did have some damage also, it appeared to be from shipping and between the two shipments I was able to cobble together a single complete piece of furniture. The product works as advertised. I'm only leaving 4 stars to account for the hassle and delay.The item was as described, and it fits perfectly in the spot. The only problem I had was getting the sides on, a second pair of hands would have been helpful. I did get them put on and am very happy with the bench. Seller was quick in answering questions. I haven't stored anything in it so far.After searching for some time, finally found a bench that fit what I wanted (long enough for a king bed), good sturdy construction and storage. The bench was shipped quickly and the seller emailed and called to let me know it had shipped. The bench was delivered damaged by the SHIPPER. I emailed seller through Amazon and received a call within a few hours. After I sent a couple of pics to show damage, seller quickly sent out a replacement bench. Within a few days a new bench arrived in perfect condition. Seller followed up the next day with a call to make sure everything was good. Such a pleasant surprise to find this type of excellent customer service, especially these days!
